Can I enter multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, our system only allows one discount per order. If you have another discount code that you would like to use, please feel free to use it towards a future purchase.


 

How to enter a discount code?

We will charge you for your order as soon as you check out.


 

How do I know if a product is eligible for a promo code discount?
Eligible styles will be hard-marked with a sale price or an "Apply Coupon Code" tag on the product page. If an item is not indicated as Apply Coupon Code it is not part of the promotion and the discount will not apply at checkout.


 

How to know if my order is successfully placed?
Once your order is placed, you will get a confirmation email on your registered email ID. All further order related details will be sent to you on your registered email ID.

Do you offer Free Shipping?
M2Y does not provide free shipping. The shipping charges will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

The shipping charges vary for each order and will be added to your order at the time of checkout.


 

What if my package is delivered and I did not receive my order?
If the tracking on your order shows delivered and you did not receive, please contact us via email immediately so we can correct the situation. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work our hardest to resolve this quickly.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
While we will give you a full refund for your product, unused or gently used, we are unable to refund shipping costs.


 

Returns & Refunds


 

Can I make exchanges? 
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you are interested in a different size or color, we suggest processing a return for store credit. As soon as the return is marked as in transit by the carrier, your store credit will be sent via email and a new order can be placed.


 

Will I receive my refund to my original form of payment? 
Yes! However, in the case of a missing order, you can choose to have the item resent or receive a refund in the form of store credit.


 

How do I exchange an incorrect item for the right one? 
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us via email immediately so we can correct the situation. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and will work our hardest to resolve this quickly.


 

I received the wrong size or color.
